Hammocks are suspended slings made out of woven fabric and meant for complete relaxation in natural surroundings. Traditionally hammocks were for individual use and could take the weight of one person easily. However, newer concepts and designs have transformed the hammock world as well. The sprang-weave Nicaraguan hammock is also extremely popular for couples. Made out of polyester yarn, it is more sturdy while looks exquisitely ornate with its crocheted edges and tassels in bright colors. Brazilain hammocks of larger dimensions are specially made for couples. Being tougher than all other hammock varieties, they are able to hold heavier couples as well.

Couples can use hammocks anywhere and everywhere, from their own garden and patio to the beach, the poolside or for camping. The idea is for couples to be together, utilize hammock time as bonding time and enjoy being close to strengthen their relationship even more.
